I needed some urgent advice regarding my disabled daughter. Tracey the receptionist was superb and responded to what was needed, Dr Dabhi responded quickly with my request for a home visit and we are so near the surgery. He arrived promptly , stethoscope in hand and made the judgement call that she needed an ambulance . Her care is complicated , he then went back to surgery called LAS and called me back with necessary details . LAS paramedics were superb and yes we were admitted into West Middlesex Hospital also receiving superb care . THANKYOU SO MUCH for the support I so very much needed ❤️

I was immensely impressed with my recent visit at Broad Lane Surgery. The level of kindness, respect and professionalism I received that day was unparalleled! I was listened to so attentively, everything was done with such thoroughness/robustness and time was taken to communicate everything clearly! Patients of Dr Rashid and future patients of these two medical students in training should consider themselves very fortunate to be in such great hands! This will be the GP visit that I will measure all future visits - the bar is set very high!

I had the pleasure of speaking to Chloe on the front desk today on the telephone. What an absolutely charming and helpful lady. She was efficient and friendly and dealt with my query in a very professional manner. She also called me back and updated me on the progress of my query. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

The reception staff (Tracey and Davinder) are so caring, compassionate and helpful. They will do anything that they can to help and they do not rush you away because they are busy. They go above and beyond every time! Karen (Nurse) is totally amazing. It’s like visiting a friend, she cares, talks and remembers conversations that you have on recurring visits. What can I say about the doctors? Just simply not enough! Dr Rashid is like a rock when other health services fail, she has been just amazing. So patient, kind, caring and friendly. Dr Adkakhari is always so lovely too. I feel very lucky to have a surgery with such care and kindness, thank you Broad Lane Surgery!

I cannot say how grateful I am with my treatment by Dr Rashid she has been extremely thorough, empathetic and very helpful with my process. It’s very hard to find a doctor like this so I am delighted to have found her. The team around too are very helpful cannot fault anything. The surgery is also very pleasant environment to be in and clean. Thank you Broad Lane Surgery and to the whole team.
